Lindsey Blackburn ​

Co-Founder & Director of OperationS ​

Lindsey Blackburn has more than 18 years of experience in residential property management and operations. A lifelong Lowcountry resident and College of Charleston alum, she has held leadership roles in both hospitality and property management. Lindsey holds a South Carolina Broker’s License and the Master Property Manager (MPM®) and Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designations through NARPM. She is highly knowledgeable in South Carolina landlord-tenant law and focuses on delivering operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional service to owners and residents throughout the Charleston market.

Katie Hickman

Senior Property Manager

Katie is a Senior Property Manager with experience in property management since 2021. She helps both owners and residents confidently navigate leases and daily property operations. Before transitioning into property management, Katie worked as a carpenter, contributing to the construction of hotels, apartment communities, and single-family homes. This hands-on construction background gives her a unique perspective when managing properties and addressing maintenance, structural, and operational concerns. Relocated from Pennsylvania in 2022, she brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every property she manages.

Quincy joined property management in 2025 after 12 years in the banking industry, bringing strong skills in organization, financial literacy, and client care. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Quincy made Charleston her home in 2014 and enjoys being involved in the local community. Once an application is approved, move-in funds include a full month’s rent, security deposit, any applicable pet fees, and a $200 lease initiation fee. All funds must be paid via certified funds and the lease agreement signed before keys are released.

Applicants must complete an application, verify income, and provide rental history. Screening includes credit, background, and rental history checks. Qualification standards may vary by property, and all applications are evaluated holistically.

Yes. Applicants participating in housing assistance programs such as Section 8 may apply, provided the property qualifies and the applicant meets our screening requirements.

Our renewal process begins approximately 60–90 days before the lease end date. We conduct a property inspection, complete a market analysis, and consult with the owner on next steps. Renewal options, including any rent adjustments, are then presented to the resident for review.

No. Subleasing is not permitted under our lease agreements.

For occupied properties, a leasing agent will be present during the tour. For vacant properties, we typically offer secure self-guided tours. Prospects may also choose to tour with their real estate agent if preferred.
